General terms and conditions

At a time of corona crisis, our work gets disrupted by all the measures. That may cause slight delays in deliveries, but we do our best to send you your slippers as soon as possible. Thank you for understanding.

The General Terms and Conditions of the online shop are drawn up per the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-UPB2), based on the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and international e-commerce codes.

By registering or placing an order, the customer agrees to the General Terms and Conditions and declares that he/she has understood them. The General Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time by publication in the online shop.

Payment:

If you reside outside Slovenia, you can only pay by bank or with Pay pal.

International Deliveries:

Costs of delivery are EUR 12.99 per pair (weight up to 250g per parcel)

250g = 2 pairs of children’s slippers up to the size of 33–34

250g = 1 pair of adult slippers

Goods ordered will be delivered within 8–21 days. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee an exact date of delivery. However, we will do our best to ensure you receive the goods as soon as possible. We also assume no responsibility for the payment of any customs duties or other levies for international deliveries. These are to be paid by the buyer. Nor do we assume any responsibility for delivery delays that occur as a result of delivery courier factors.

The language of operations and communication in our company is Slovene. Customers outside Slovenia may communicate with us in English.

General provisions and other information:

By submitting an order, the buyer has no additional costs as to the use of communication channels. Costs are no different from the usual price paid by customers. Prices are in euros (€, EUR) and include VAT (22%). Prices are valid until 31st December 2024 unless revoked earlier. All documents shall be stored at the company’s headquarters either in a written form or in a different form prescribed by law. The buyer shall receive all necessary documents at the time of delivery together with the invoice on which VAT is charged and stated in accordance with the applicable legislation. The person liable for VAT in Slovenia is Peter Rotovnik s.p..

Buyers may request access to documents on the basis of a written request until the expiry of the statutory defined time limit for document storage. Prices are valid at the time of submitting your order and have no preliminary determined value. When you receive the confirmation of your order, the price may not change.

Colors:

The color you see on your screen may be different from the actual color of the product(s) supplied. This may be due either to the fact that every monitor displays colors slightly differently or because of differences in currently supplied stock. No complaints due to differences in color are possible.

Personal data protection

We as the provider undertake to permanently protect all personal data of our users. We shall use personal data exclusively for the needs of fulfilling an order (sending information material, offers, invoices) and other necessary communication. In no event will our users’ data be transferred to unauthorized third parties. You as the user are also responsible for protecting your personal details which you can do by not disclosing your username or password to anyone, and by using appropriate software protection on your computer.

Customer feedback

Feedback and reviews of our products contribute to the functionality of our store and are intended for our user community. Anyone who is a registered user of our online store may give their feedback. However, we as the provider reserve the right to review the feedback before it is published. We shall not publish opinions and reviews which are, according to our opinion, insulting, inappropriate or have no benefit for other users or visitors. By submitting your opinion or comment you explicitly agree with our terms and conditions and allow us to publish either a complete or partial text in all electronic and other media. We reserve the right to use the content with no time limitations and for any purpose which is in our interest, including publication in advertisements or other marketing publications. As the author of the opinion, you confirm you are the owner of the material and moral rights as to the opinions and comments provided, and to transfer these rights to the provider without any (time) limitations.
